What information do we collect?

When You Visit our Websites

You are free to explore the Websites without providing any information about yourself. When you visit the Websites or register for an appointment, we request that you provide Personal Information about yourself, and we collect Navigational Information.

This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
